The whole world is a savanna; forests and grasslands are just special cases
Emily was born and raised in Carlsbad, New Mexico and graduated from Goddard High School in Roswell, New Mexico in 2018. She will be graduating with a BS in Range Science and a minor in Wildlife Science in 2022. A close family friend and Range Manager in B.L.M introduced her to Range Science and as a result, led her to choose this degree. Her experience at the Savanna Lab has allowed her to receive a Remote Pilot certificate.
Emily is currently a Research Assistant for Robert Wojcikiewciz. She is also a Student Assistant working with CEO. She is interested in working with GIS and drones.
In her spare time, Emily loves to hike, read, and hang out with friends.
